Priority 1. Research and development of modern technologies,
Measure 1.1 Support for scientific research for establishment of a knowledge-based economy,
Submeasure 1.1.2 Research and development of modern technologles.
Total cost of the project is 73.310.000,00 zł, where 85% are resources of European Regional Development Fund and 15% is funded from the state budget.
The project aims at development of:
∴ modern GaN, ZnO and related materials nano- and semiconductor structures
for diagnostic devices for applications in biology, medicine and environmental protection;
∴ materials technology for sensor and molecular diagnostic applications;
∴ scientific community and increase of employment.
