Nanostructures Laboratory
Operated jointly by Laboratory of Cryogenic and Spintronic Resarch and Group of Technology of Low Dimensional Structures.
The Nanostructures Laboratory provides capabilities for the fabrication of advanced submicrometer-size electronic devices. Research activities are focused on design and fabrication of semiconductor, metallic, and superconductor nanostructures by electron beam lithography, and investigations of quantum effects at subkelvin temperatures.
