Conference fee
The conference fee is:
- 1600 PLN - for participants with doctoral degree or higher (single room)
- 1400 PLN - for participants with doctoral degree or higher (double room)
- 1200 PLN - for students and doctoral students (single room)
- 1000 PLN - for students and doctoral students (double room)
- 1000 PLN - for accompanying persons
EPA members are entitled to a 10% discount.
The conference fee for regular participants includes accomodation (4 nights) in the "Hyrny" hotel, 3 meals a day, coffee breaks, book of abstracts, welcome reception and conference dinner.
The conference fee for accompanying persons includes accomodation (4 nights) in the "Hyrny" hotel (double room), 3 meals a day, welcome reception and conference dinner.
Accomodation will be provided in single and double rooms. As we can offer a limited number of single rooms only, they will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
