The conference will start with an opening lecture on Monday, 25 September 2017, 7:00 p.m. and will finish on Friday, 29 September 2017, after lunch, 1:30 p.m. The opening lecture will be followed by a get-together dinner. The scientific program of the conference will consist of a number of plenary sessions and a panel discussion (Thursday, 28 September 2017, afternoon) on a selected topic of more general interest and with some potential of controversy. Every regular session will typically include a plenary lecture or an invited lecture and 3-4 short oral communications. In addition, a poster session will be organised. For the panel discussion, we asked panelists to address selected topics they consider important for future developments in their areas of research in photophysics and photochemistry.
Excursion: On Wednesday, 27 September, afternoon (2.00 pm - 7.00 p.m.), we plan an excursion. You can choose either a bus tour to a picturesque medieval Niedzica Castle or a mountain walk to Białego Valley. In any case, you are strongly adviced to take appropriate shoes and clothing with you. Conference Dinner: After the panel discussion, on Thursday, 28 September, 7:00 p.m., a conference dinner with local folklore elements will take place in a restaurant located nearby the conference site.
