SrLaAlO4 (SLA) crystals with the pseudo-perovskite structure are promising substrates for high-temperature superconductor thin flms.
Czochralski single crystal growth was performed on (1 0 0) oriented crystal seed from the 40 mm Ir cruicible.
Obtained crystals:
SrLaAlO4: 1 at% Er and 0.1 at% Ce
SrLaAlO4: 5 at% Er and 0.5 at% Ce
