Perovskites

Yttrium aluminum perovskites (YAlO3) and lanthanum gallium perovskites (LaGaO3) doped with various elements were grown using Czochralski method. Structural, spectroscopic and magnetic measurements were performed.
Single crystal growth on oriented crystal seed. Crystals with 20 mm of the diameter were grown from the 40 mm Ir cruicible.

Obtained crystals:

Yttrium aluminum perovskites - YAlO3 (YAP)

  • YAP:Mn - YAl1-xMnxO3, x=0.005
  • YAP:Mn,Si - Y1-xMnxAl1-ySiyO3, y=0.002; x=0.0001, 0.0002 0.00035 0.0005 0.0007 and 0.001
  • YAP:Mn,Nb - Y1-xMnxAl1-yNbyO3, x=0.0005; y=0.002
    YAP:Mn, SiYAP:Mn, SiYAP:Mn, SiYAP:Mn, Si

Lanthanum gallium perovskites - LaGaO3
  • La1-xSrxGa1-yMnyO3, x=y=0.005; x=y=0.01; x=y=0.02; x=0.05, y=0.06 and x=0.01, y=0.02, 0.04, 0.08
  • La1-xSrxGa1-yMgyO3, x = y = 0.1; x = 0.05, y = 0.1 and x = 0.05, y = 0.2
  • LaGaO3:Sr,MnLaGaO3:Sr,Mg
