Registration fees

The total conference fee (including living costs, conference materials, receptions, conference banquet and conference proceedings) is divided between different standards of accommodation into two groups:

1. Student fee:

1. for the Conference only:
   • 1400 PLN if paid before May 5^th (early registration)
   • 1500 PLN if paid after May 5^th
2. for the School and the Conference:
   • 1800 PLN if paid before May 5^th (early registration)
   • 1900 PLN if paid after May 5^th

Student-fee accommodation is in 3- or 4-person rooms (all equipped with bathroom, telephone, wire-less web access, satellite TV, radio).

2. Regular fee:

1. for the Conference only:
   • 1800 PLN if paid before May 5^th (early registration)
   • 1900 PLN if paid after May 5^th
2. for the School and the Conference:
   • 2300 PLN if paid before May 5^th (early registration)
   • 2400 PLN if paid after May 5^th

Regular-fee accommodation is in 2-person rooms (all equipped with bathroom, telephone, wire-less web access, satellite TV, radio).

Fee for accompanying person:

• 800 PLN for the Conference only
• 1120 PLN for the School and the Conference

Fee for accompanying person includes: accommodation, meals, participation in the conference banquet.

Limited number of single rooms is also available. They will be distributed on the 'first come first served' basis. Additional payment (from the Regular fee) for the single room:

• 400 PLN for the Conference only
• 500 PLN for the Conference and the School

Preferences about room sharing (if any) should be submitted while filling the on-line registration form.

Current exchange rates are about:
1 EUR = 4.12 PLN, 1 USD = 3.16 PLN, 1 CHF = 3.41 PLN

The participants who need Polish visa are kindly requested to contact Conference Secretary for the Invitation Letter.

Payment

The payment should be transferred in Polish currency (złoty, PLN) to the bank account which will be announced to the participant during the obligatory on-line registration procedure. On-line registration system will be open from May 2014.

All bank charges are on the account of the payer.

Please include in the bank transfer documents the names of participants with statements whether they participate in School and/or Conference (or please notify Organizers).

The conference fee can be paid also by credit card or cash in Polish currency directly upon arrival. However, such participants must register on-line in advance to have the hotel room guaranteed.
