Our research enables the use of the MARTINI force-field to study large conformational changes in proteins. Our manuscript has been published in the Journal of Chemical Theory and Computation as  an open access article (link).This project has been realized in collaboration with Marek Cieplak and Adolfo Poma.

Our research describes the formation, dissolution and properties of surface nanobubbles on an HOPG substrate by using all-atom simulations. This research (link) has been carried out in collaboration with Zhizhao Che from Tianjin University (China).
