Biographical information on distinguished members of
the Rotational Spectroscopy community is available in several different
forms. This table lists such sources and it is no doubt far from
being complete (additional information will be very welcome). In
the case of some colleagues their significant contributions to this
field have been overshadowed by their other activities to the extent
that Rotational or Microwave Spectroscopy is barely mentioned in their
biographies. It is intended to remedy such omissions in other sections
of this site. One popular source of biographical details is in the
form of preambles to special issues of scientific journals dedicated to
prominent
scientists. Regrettably these are not generally available, but
can be accessed easily enough through academic library subscriptions.
