Global fit of measurements for the ground state of 2-chloropropene, as reported in Z.Kisiel, J. Kosarzewski, Acta Physica Polonica a, xxx, xxx (2017) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The global fit is to combined three data sets: 1/ hyperfine resolved chirped pulse data set, Warsaw (5 kHz frequency uncertainty) 2/ hyperfine resolved room-temperature data set from: E.Fliege, H.Dreizler, Z.Naturforsch. 38a,1232(1983) (15 kHz frequency uncertainty) 3/ hyperfine unresolved mmw data set from Warsaw (50 kHz frequency uncertainty) Since some transitions appeared in both sets 1 and 2 it was possible to double check their precision, which pointed out some inconsistencies in data set 2. For this reason the 3sigma cutoff criterion of SPFIT was used to establish the effective frequency uncertainty of set 2 as approximately 15 kHz, at which 21 lines from this set were still rejected from the fit. In the PIFORM subset statistics below the values of the v identifier of 0,1,2 correspond to data sets 1,2,3 respectively.
