Abstract

In this paper we report our results of transport measurements performed on a zero-gap
p-type (NA>ND) HgMnTe. Results are discussed in view of the present knowledge on:
(i)   acceptor states degenerate with the conduction band continuum ,
(ii)  intrinsic scattering mechanism in zero-gap materials,
(iii) behavior of bands and impurity states in semimagnetic semiconductors.
