• Experimental studies of magnetic and magnetotransport properties of II-VI, III-V, and IV-VI semimagnetic (diluted magnetic) semiconductors. • Theoretical studies of the electronic structure of topological crystal insulators based on the IV-VI semiconductors. • Experimental studies of semiconductor multiferroics based on IV-VI topological crystal insulators. • Theoretical and experimental studies of hopping transport in II-VI and II2-VI3 semiconductor materials. • Experimental studies of magnetic inorganic nanomaterials, encompasiing magnetic semiconductor nanocrystals based on oxide compounds, graphene nanoflakes decorated with magnetic nanoparticles, carbon nanotubes.
