The
total conference fee (including living costs, conference materials,
receptions, conference banquet and conference proceedings) is:

Typical
accommodation is in 2- or 3-person rooms (all equipped with bathroom,
telephone,
wire-less web access, satellite TV, radio).
Limited
number of single rooms is also available. They will be distributed on
the ‘first
come first served’ basis.
Additional payment for the single room:
Preferences about room sharing (if any) should be submitted while filling the on-line registration form.
Current exchange rates are about: 1 EUR = 4.18 PLN, 1 USD = 3.18 PLN, 1 CHF = 3.46 PLN (average rates, National Bank of Poland)
The participants who need Polish visa are kindly requested to contact Conference Secretary for the Invitation Letter.The payment should be transferred in Polish currency (złoty, PLN) to the bank account which will be announced to the participant during the obligatory on-line registration procedure. On-line registration is open here.
All bank charges are on the account of the payer.
Please include in the bank transfer documents the names of participants with statements whether they participate in School and/or Conference (or please notify Organizers).
The conference fee can be paid also by a credit card or by cash in Polish currency directly upon an arrival. However, such participants must register on-line in advance to have the hotel room guaranteed.
