Registration fees

The total conference fee (including living costs, conference materials, receptions, conference banquet and conference proceedings) is:

for the Conference only:

• 1300 PLN if paid before May 10th  (early registration)
• 1400 PLN if paid after May 10th

for the School and the Conference:

• 1650 PLN if paid before May 10th  (early registartion)
• 1750 PLN if paid after May 10th

Typical accommodation is in 2 or 3-person rooms (all equipped with bathroom, telephone, wire-less web access, satellite TV, radio).

Limited number of single rooms is also available. They will be distributed on the ‘first come first served’ basis (booking should be made definitely before April 30th). Additional payment for a single room:

• 300 PLN for the Conference only
• 420 PLN for the Conference and the School

Preferences about room sharing (if any) should be submitted upon registration definitely before May 10th.  

Current exchange rates are about:  1 EUR = 4.5 PLN,  1 USD = 3.5 PLN,  1 CHF = 3.0 PLN    (average rates, National Bank of Poland) 

Payment

The payment should be transferred in Polish currency (złoty, PLN) to the bank account:

All bank charges are on the account of the payer. 

Please include in the bank transfer documents the names of participants with statements whether they participate in School and/or Conference (or please notify Organizers). 

Credit card (on-line or mail order) and e-transfer payment

The conference fee can be paid also by a credit card or by cash in Polish currency directly upon an arrival. However, such participants must register earlier.
