Scientists from the Institute participated in XIX Ural International Winter School on the Physics of Semiconductors in Russia       On February 20-25 2012 a group of researchers from the Institute of Physics PAS, participated in an international conference entitled "XIX Ural International Winter School on the Physics of Semiconductors". The conference took place near Ekaterinburg in Russia. The organizer of this periodical conference is the Ural Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences (URAN), which employ 3600 people, comprising 34 full members of the Academy of Sciences. The conference, in addition to the many Russian scientists and delegations of Polish reserchears, was attended by scientists from Italy, Austria and Ukraine. During the conference, professors Tomasz Dietl and Marek Godlewski gave plenary lectures.
