European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for Recruitment of Researchers     On April 29, 2015 the Director of the Institute of Physics Polish Academy of Sciences Prof. Leszek Sirko signed a declaration of support for the "European Charter for Researchers" and the "Code of Conduct for the Recruitment academics". The Institute of Physics PAS joined the research institutions and universities which recognize the value of the principles contained in these documents and is committed to their implementation. These principles correspond closely to the policy of scientific research and human resources conducted by the Institute of Physics PAS which aims to increase the attractiveness of the Institute for researchers by providing them with favorable conditions of work, improving the quality of research and innovation, and increasing international mobility. Through the implementation of the Charter and the Code the Institute of Physics PAS wishes to promote international cooperation and to contribute to the development of an open and attractive market for European science.
